How long does it take for my order to be processed?
Processing your order takes 1-4 business days. We take ultimate care to ensure your order is processed swiftly and accurately to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Processing Steps:
- Once your order is submitted, the Busk Charge team begins processing your order immediately [within hours].
- Your order is reviewed to ensure all pertinent information is complete and accurate. If we require additional information we will reach out to you via email.
- Ordered products are fulfilled and double-checked against your order to ensure accuracy.
- Ordered products are prepared for shipping, including shipping label preparation and secure packing to prevent damage while shipping.
- Package goes out for shipment and is provided to shipper.
How do you choose a shipper?
- All our shipping is handled by best available delivery method depending on your location and local partners in your region.
- Orders may be delivered via local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local postal service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are unable to receive the package upon arrival, a notice may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
Will I receive a notification once my order has been shipped?
- When your order is shipped, you will received a confirmation email with a tracking code that you can use to track the delivery status of your order.
Will I have to pay import duties?

Import duties, and any other additional import charges and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are ultimately the buyer's responsibility.
- Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
- It is the buyer's responsibility to review all customs regulations and restrictions implemented by your local postal system. Busk Charge is not responsible for items that are not accepted into specific States.
Can you explain the Order Tracking Process?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email containing the tracking number along with the carrier information for your package. Keep in mind that tracking may not become available within 48 hours of shipment.
What happens if I do not receive my order within the delivery dates stated in your Shipping Times chart?
In most cases Busk Charge is able to deliver within the estimated delivery dates as noted on our Shipping Times.
While we do everything in our power to deliver successfully and on schedule as noted on our Shipping Times Chart, please keep in mind there is always a risk your purchase may not be delivered on time.
If you do not receive your package within the estimated delivery times, this does not mean you will lose your purchase. Events such as holidays, weather conditions, unavoidable circumstances like the pandemic, may affect our shipping and delivery times. In extreme cases, orders may take up to 60 days to arrive. If after 60 days, you have yet to receive your purchase, we will either issue a replacement or refund your money no questions asked.
How can I prevent delays in shipping?
Always double check to make sure your shipping information is accurate. In the event we require additional information to complete your order, usually because of incorrect or missing information, you may be required to update your delivery information by contacting us. Issues like these may delay processing, shipment and therefore delivery of your order. Busk Charge is not responsible for returned items due to incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses.
I made an error in my shipping address what happens now?
We accept changes and/or updates, such as quantity, color, size or shipping information, to your order if requested up to 8 hours after your order has been placed. Please contact us at [email protected]
Please note that any request received after 8 hours period will no longer be accepted because we process orders immediately. Changes to orders cannot be made once processed.
We will, however, do our best to cancel your order after the 8 hour period but, there is no guarantee. If we are able to do so you, will be charged a 15% cancellation fee to cover the costs we incur to interrupt the processing stream and production.
In the event any package is returned due to incomplete/incorrect addresses or unavailability of a person to receive such package, there will be no reshipping arrangement.
